mp3 file work properly in the base directory. ( in config.txt ; music = 1 )

*Bug found :
when I use home button for screenshot, only I can get one screenshot.
After taking one screenshot, second clicking home button is exit usbloader.
is it a bug or not?

*New features idea : usbloader +cfg's function is almost perfect , my idea will be just decorations...
1. saved cover image file name length in config.txt: 3 characters, 4 characters, 6 cahracters selecting in config.txt ( I asked before )
2. music toggling in USB LOADER : music1.mp3, music2.mp3, ....
3. console image toggling in USB LOADER : background1.png, background2.png, ....
4. cover image toglling in USB LOADER : 2d, 3d, disc, .... ( we can download 2d covers in 2d directory, 3d covers in 3d directory in SD)

*Quick Question :
1. could you tell me what cover_style in config.txt ? When it is useful?
2. is it possible use the nunchuck's buttons(Z and C) in USB LOADER?

Awesome oggzee.

Yes, this is intentional: after taking the screenshot and pressing home again it will exit.
cover_style specifies which covers should be used and downloaded (standard, 3d, disc)

Ah, i guess you don't have the sd:/usb-loader/config.txt in that location but have it in sd:/apps/USBLoader/config.txt?
Then check if it's there.. in sd:/apps/USBLoader/settings.cfg
Or wherever your config.txt is located.

Oh and btw, I would recommend quoting only the relevant parts of messages when replying here in the forum, to keep it cleaner.

Monster Hunter G wents to black screen after the first message when it says to connect the classis controler in order to play.Do you think that a fix can be done for this game? Thanks Oggzee.

Have you tried different video mode settings?
Is there any other loader with which this game works?

No usb loader works until now with this game. You just get a black screen after the first message.
Maybe the region is the problem. The only way to play this game is usign the latest gecko os to launch the game through dvd.

I agree with lejong2002, the toggling features would be awesome. It would be hecka cool to have the backgrounds toggle each time you switch back to the loader!
For the saved images, it could be a simple filename based on date and time. That would prevent problems with the exception of what happens when the memory card fills up.
I still think being able to hard set the ios version in the config file would be a great feature for certain games like Mercury Meltdown.

Keep up the great work!!!

A background I made based on the default to use as much screen space as possible.
Code:
console_coords = 41,38,558,404
console_transparent = 1

Hmm, and where do the covers go?
blink.gif

Or are you using covers=0?
I don't use covers. I also find the instructions redundant. I wanted a background as clean as possible like my PS2 HDLoader background.

hello,

Thank you for this great loader !
Is it possible to add a parameter to skip SD / USB choice and autolaunch to USB?

Is there a channel forwarder that I can use with Configurable loader ?

About forwarder, yes you can use this one:

[url=http://www.yafaze.com/wii/files/USB_LOADER_FORWARDER.rar]http://www.yafaze.com/wii/files/USB_LOADER_FORWARDER.rar[/url]

I have tested it and it works fine for me.

It will load boot.dol from sd:/apps/USBLoader/boot.dol
So you'll have to rename /apps/usbloader_cfg to /apps/USBLoader.
I will include this forwarder and a proper location in the next release.

Is the usb loader installed correctly?
Does it work allright if started from the homebrew channel?
Do you have the /apps/USBLoader/boot.dol file on your sd card?

everything Work fine except boot from opera channel after wad install. if go to homebrew works perfect.

Is that because I have wainikoko USB loader v1.5 (original) install already? Also I have installed wad for this as well.
Should i remove it first?

Thank you

NEW: cfg v29b: (beta)

http://sharebee.com/e9b93d0c

Changes:

- Theme support (See README-CFG.txt for details on how to create themes)
- option: theme = Theme_Name
Load a specified theme from sd:/usb-loader/themes/Theme_Name/theme.txt
- Runtime theme change from the options menu
- removed obsolete option: buttons=ultimate

I don't understand this: "boot from opera channel after wad install." ?
The installed waninkoko version should not be the problem, I have both as well, including a channel version.
So, I have no idea why the forwarder is not working for you? :s

The ability to switch theme from inside the loader rocks.

EDIT - EDIT - EDIT - EDIT

Looks like COVERS are also read automatically from "./covers" directory (same dir as boot.dol is started from), I have not set location on covers in either config.txt or theme.txt, this is nice one.

Cool, great idea to separate looks from functionality.

It would be nice if it was possible to save which theme should be default from within the loader.

Great work, oggzee!

Sorry, for confusing you. What I mean when I ran it from USB Loader Forwarder. It will go to homebrew channel instead go directly to SDUSB-Loader_cfg29a

I have installed USB Loader 1.5-YABA but this will go to wainikoko USB loader v1.5. This one work with no problem.
