I Was installing windows 7 on vista
and i got this mean boot message during the installation:

It's probably the reason your having issues in the first place.
 
0x0000007B seems to be the start of the Memory, try formatting, if it didn't work then it may be an issue with the Motherboard, this may be caused of a very dangerous virus or malware that entered 0x0000007B.
I Recommend Avira AntiVirus as a first and last choice anti virus, it is really very powerful.
