Hacking compress game or is there a smaller one?

is there a way to compress pokemon silver soul eng i have it translated but right now i dont have musch room it needs to be at least 80mb but i would prefer it to be 64 does any one know of a way or have it>?
 
From what I know you can only trim a file for NDS,then that doesn't do to much though imo.
 
You can compress things that were not originally compressed (indeed various release groups have been nuked for just this in the past) but it can have knockon effects that are not desirable. Also if you are messing with pokemon the vast majority of the data will be graphics (3d) and sound. 3d graphics are compressed by default (not all the well compared to a PC based app but the DS has to do the decompression) while sound is large and fairly basic in terms of formats and audio compression and will not compress with a lossless compression method (zip/LZ/rar sort of thing) although you can shrink the file if you want to get into hacking proper.

However you can rip things from the rom and indeed those there for the early GBA slot/slot 2 devices are probably fairly well versed in it, few do it these days but it can be done:
