OK, long story short; everything was working fine, I booted up the SNES emulator (name escapes me right now) and played a bit of Super Metroid. I went to create a save state, hit save to first slot, and nothing happens. I try again, still nothing. I decide it doesn't matter and go back to my DSi's menu to restart the card and play something else. I boot the EZ Flash and it tells me I don't have a kernel, please download one. I obviously HAD the kernel, so I look at the contents of my SD on my computer. Here it is;

WHAT HAPPENED!? I had over 75 games on that thing, saves, everything! Everything was erased. Please don't tell me it's gone forever ;_;

Also, according to the sizes of these files, I have over 20GB of files on the card - it's a 4GB card.

SNES emulator: isn't it SNEmulDS?
It seems that SNEmulDS has formatted your card and extracted its own ROM...
It's weird.
