Hardware Complete newb. Where do I start?

I haven't had a 360 in years, but I'd like a modded one so I can run cool stuff like this trainer:



Where do I start? I'd just want to buy an already modded console, but after that, what would I need to do to get it to the state that it can run stuff like that trainer?

I don't cheat so idk.
Only thing I can tell you is setup the trainer as a plugin in Dashlaunch I guess.
