So all I need to do is type in the NG-id along with the NG-mac and then the source directory?

No you should make binary files out of them...

Let's say your wii id is 6AC34285 in that aforementioned file...
so basically in the hex editor type all those and create four bytes file (with the hex content 6A C3 42 85)
name that file NG-id and put it under default folder in home directory...

well anyway... you will not be able to pack save files before we find out about NG-sig and NG-key-id
