Hacking Common Random White Screen (DS Mode only)

I've tried reprogramming the passkey2 and tried to reupdate it but when I tried to re-update it it didn't see it so I tried to use it again anyway and it worked perfectly but now the problem seems to have come back.

I think the onboard battery has ran out. Needs a reupdate, refer to the passkey2 guide on this forum and make sure you have the sram file as well as the proper procedures for updating the passkey2. Mine always recognizes it during update (assuming I don't have a ds game inside the passkey) but doesn't always update properly....I suspect it's because of having it so long and the battery doesn't last.....so every once in awhile when I use it as a passme, it shows as v2 instead of v4.
