Or rather than go for good just go and take a few weeks or so away and come back refreshed. There was a time where I posted 24/7 on here and my mental health severely went downhill. I went away and came back and like a fart floating in the wind I pop in every now and again and post some stuff and go away again. And trust me my mental health is in a much better place for doing so.
