Hacking Combo vita/TV : no database refresh ?

Hi,
I use the combo vita and PSTV (to play like a switch) with the same account and an SD2VITA but the problem is, when I switch, the database need to de refreshed. The console does it automatically (when it boot) but it takes everytime 5 or 6 minutes and it gets long at a time. I don't move the bubbles and I don't install new games. Everything stays the same on livearea.
Does anyone know a way to avoid this or make it faster ?

Maybe it is due to "id.dat" file. What happens if you have a backup of this file for you PSTV and your PS Vita? (Before switching, change the file with the backup)

Idk. I try with the "ur0:shell/db/app.db" file and it doesnt work. Where is "id.dat" ?
EDIT : I found it. I'll try it Tomorrow.
