I'm trying to combine my 15 rawnand files on my SD but within 2 minutes of the process, I will get an error saying that there is not enough space on the disk when i clearly have 200 gigs of free space remaining. When i try combining it on my desktop, it combines fine, but unfortunately the file is too big to transfer to the SD due to it being formatted as fat32.

I'm at a loss as to what to do here and some guidance would be greatly appreciated, thanks!

As of Hekate v4.9.0 you can restore split NAND dumps without needing to combine it into a single file, just copy all 15 parts as they are currently named to your restore folder and continue as you would normally.

As for why it won't combine on your SD card;
Fat32 does not support files over 4GB, period.
You cannot transfer files greater than 4GB to it, and you cannot build files greater than 4GB on it.
The error you're receiving saying there isn't enough space is likely the moment it reaches the maximum file size of 4GB and can't increase the size any further.
