Hacking COD:MW Reflex Crash

i wasnt sure where to post this so i just decided to put it here.

cod:mw reflex, crashes at loading screen of next lvl right after the helicopter crash and nuclear blast, whats the solution for this?
by the way, im using the PAL release.

If you are running from a USB then it's easy, just skip the briefing as soon as you see the loading bar is complete.
