CoD 4 or 5?

It'll be my very first FPS game for PC. Which one would you recommend to be better?

My friend might buy me it... Or some Skull Candy Lowrider headphones. So yea... Which of the CoDs are better?

But the best CoD out there, is still CoD 2.
I bought it for 10 euros, best 10 euros I've ever spent!
It's way better then CoD 4, and it runs on any system I have!

Cod 4 hands down.

The multiplayer is much more fun for Cod5, you'll enjoy the story, and the online, its just the that good.

COD4 no competition - when i played it i was gripped by the characters, plot and gameplay - COD5 just never gripped me in the same way and has been left gathering dust (i'm a history geek BTW so i would have expected the setting of COD5 to interest me more).

CoD4: Modern Warfare.

Not saying CoD5 was bad. it just is another WW2 shooter. Plus if you get CoD4 then you can get CoD6: Modern Warfare 2 in November and know some of the guns and the gameplay.
