Hacking CMA requiring internet connection

Hi,

I've bought my very first Vita just a week ago and I am planning to keep it on 3.60, so I backuped some digital PSN games to my PC using CMA, because I thought this would allow me to restore them without connecting to PSN in the future. But now I've read that this tool requires internet connection and that there has been an unofficial tool called openCMA which had that restriction removed, but I couldn't find a version compatible with 3.60, so I guess there is none (yet)? Are my informations correct?
