Club Nintendo Issue

I live in European country which is not supported by Nintendo so I put UK as a country on 3DS to be able to go to eShop in English and redeem Club Nintendo codes. Problem is that if I wanted to buy something from their Club Nintendo site, I need to put UK adress and I don't live there. Is there any online service which can receive stuff for you and then send you on your real adress?

I think HotSpot Shield allows to use a UK proxy.

HSS is what I'd use to access US websites when they're region locked.

If you don't need merchandise, and only want to redeem on-line codes, you can just make up an address and they won't care.

If you are trying to get merchandise, use a service like https://www.forward2me.com/

On the other hand, I don't get why is Nintendo not allowing eShop and Club Nintendo Worldwide. I tried my country and nearby countries in eastern Europe and then I could not even go on eShop. I first thought it was my IP but then I changed country to UK thankfully before linking Nintendo Network ID and stuff (because you can no longer change country) and it worked. I can even use my normal credit card from country where I live and buy on UK eShop.

WiiCube_2013, I can confirm that they will not restrict you because of IP from different country. Same goes for Sony and Microsoft. I have multiple PSN Accounts from different countries and no issues, same with my Microsoft Account.
Still, I want to see the day when all these services will be equal worldwide.
