Won't fix (yet). Do a proper report and I'll (try to) fix it, otherwise expect me trying to merge / PR fog (which means you'd have to patch this out manually in future versions of Citra - which might also happen if this is indeed a driver issue)

I believe Intel Hd 3000 has OpenGL 3.3. support. Is your OS 64bit?

I googled that GPU and it seems to max out at OpenGL 3.1. You might also want to try updating your driver for it.

Edit: AMD users try new fog build.

Errors sown in cmd for Nes Remix Europe - using Kortest build base+rm_getpointer2+fog

Well lest just black screen, no crash like the normal build dose.

For me Rune Factory 4 (USA) runs fair fast

EDIT: it's the save in User -> nintendo 3ds folder makes it work now

Either rename to one are the other as in image

And bingo

There is no build that run at 75 fps, I don't know where do you get this number. Some guy says it reached 75 in a MENU and everyone it's assuming a miracle happened.

Not got smash4, whats title in full ? are is that the name of the game ?, then I look for it .

EDIT: I deleted the save and stated again, the game worked anyways , maybe it gave it a kick off in nand are some think...

I get 75fps in FE:F menu now

Also please stop downloading builds from websites which put them behind ads.
