To be fair, it IS pretty shitty when somebody takes on a project that they have no intention of finishing.

Idk man m4xw has been pretty prolific on the switch scene.

Hes working on multiple projects at once
He gives regular updates on what he's working on

Oh so that's what is happening..makes sense, i wanted to know what the heck was occuring with this emulator on why it went completely silent :/ like i mean it feels super dead.

Fixing some compatibility issues for the new retroarch i beleive

I asked him the other day if rotation/Flip Grip support was in the Patreon builds yet, and he said he's going to have that done soon, maybe within the next month, so he's still working on it.

If they complaint then why not use Citra on PC ? Want it on the go then be patient and stop complaining!

It runs natively on the horizon os under the homebrew category (as a retroarch core)

3ds emulation is poor on the switch
I've tried the latest retroarch core on hos
Lakka isn't much better
And the android version is pretty much the same
Even with overclocking
Dont get me wrong some of the low end games run ok
Just don't expect miracles

Yeah, Citra is not dead but certainly its not going to improve anymore on Switch. Even the original coders named citra as "experimental", for a weaker system like the Switch, unofficial 3DS emulation will never be great. Just a few games are kind of playable.
