Hacking cIOSCORP v3.1 Release!

Adr990, have you tried reinstalling your Original IOS's and atleast try getting your Wii Back to play atleast legit games? Sounds like alot of bugs with this mod or atleast it does to me, kindof glad i decided not to install it.

I was on 4.1 and tried to install this, but it broke the health and safety screen-can't get past it. I'm glad that preloader is installed I'm gonna go back to v2.

ghosbusters not run and I have seen several posts about it and nothing solution.
I'm with cios 38 rev14 and cioscorp 3.1 installed and version 4.1 of systmenu.
I tried for gamma r6 also without result fine.
My console was in version 3.3 before moving to 4.1

obs: works by the pen drive 16 giga kingston fine no run disc.
is to run the disk channel? preae help me

Brawl still sucks on my Wii won't load on the first shot, I have to insert it 2 times to get it to work correctly. I know it's the new cIOS that screwed it up, I thought installing this would fix my problem but, sadly, it did not ._.

I'm running:
4.1U (I updated by mistake to lazy to downgrade)
Preloader installed
Bootmii
cIOS 38 Rev14
Also have cIOS Corp v3.1

wtf ppl actually use Dual layer discs to burn brawl? why not get the dvd5 version which has worked from day 1 for me.

I didn't burn it, it's the retail disc.

Cause the dvd5 is missing a lot of movies.


Anyone know what can cause the " error 1022 -ret " while installing some IOS ?

( i double checked my SD card, even tried with a new one )

Well, I did restore the NAND with BootMii IOS.
Made the Nandb ackup just before installing cIOSCORP.

Everything works fine again.

I have preloader installed and can access the homebrew channel but not the system menu.
When i access the system menu it says system files are corrupted.
What do i do?

Its okay..luckily i had preloader installed..set it to load ios60 for sys menu..all okay now..thx anyway...

I think your answer is in the first post:

"If you have preloader installed, make sure the "System Menu IOS" setting is set to IOS 60, If it's not, just load preloader (hold down reset) and change it."

Hmm, I installed this yesterday. It says it enables you to play burnt backups trough the disc channel. Well, I've had Tatsunoko vs. Capcom for a while now and I went to play it, it wouldn't load up. In preloader, I activated region free wii discs and still doesn't load. Do I have to install DVDX?

Or just reinstall Preloader.

That wont work with this version of cIOSCORP

With this version IOS 36 and 60 already have the ES_Identify patch required for preloader so you wont get the System Files Corrupt message

however if you set your System Menu to load off any other IOS (other than 249 obviously) you'll get System Files Corrupt message, no matter how many times you reinstall Preloader you'll still get it as Preloader will only patch IOS60

The unreleased version will fix this for IOSs 30 and 50

You can only load games through disc channel which has the same region as your console.

All others must be loaded through loaders.

this is the first time i have used cioscorp and i cant belive i have not done it sooner
all my pal region games now load in the disc channel with game banners
also gamecube copys from the disc channel
100% happy

my wii is on 4.1

install cios60 in softmii 2.95

cIOSCORP v3.1 here is what I did for 3.2U

I removed IOS50 & IOS60 before Installing and it works fine I see no problems at all.

Install all the WAD's and your Wii should be fine.

for 3.2U users only.

Metroid Prime Wii & Metroid Prime 2 Dark Echoes Wii Works too use NeoGamma and reboot to use Ocarina Codes if you need them!
