SORRY BUT I HAVE HAD TO MANY PEOPLE WHO THINK I SOULDNT HAVE MADE THIS GUIDE AND I WILL NOT BE GIVING LINKS TO CIOSCORP ANY MORE

You do know that someone has already bricked a wii messing with this though dont u ? (that being said - he deleted all his ios's - so it wasnt a problem with this system) be prepared for abuse if someone else does it.

CIOSCORP Cant be removed

I guess it overwritte the Nintendo's sysmenu IOS right?

I'm not sure, what if future games require the original IOS?

Too it access at the DVD driver at max speed, or still at x3?

yes it overwrites

these are the same thing as the oringal except it allowes backups so i dont think so

its still at 3x but may get fixed

Its a hardware issue that no one has access to , or even know how to get access to at the moment - granted its possible someone will have a breakthrough , but i wouldnt be holding my breath on that one since 3x works fine

I bet he uninstalled those IOS through WadManager, since those IOS replace critic system IOS, he lost practically the Wii OS.

CIOSCORPS overrides more then one original IOS.
It overrides them with a same version but also with DIPr7 (cIOS) patched in.
(Don't ask what'S the DIP, just use the search.)

I'm not sure about future updates or future games...
That's why using cioscorps is too hot for me atm.
And I won't install the wads.

It'll always stay at 3x read speed.

If someone installs the wads, make sure you never delete or deinstalla previously installed IOS,
always only overwrite the files.
