Hacking cios38 rev 13a offline install

My friend has no net at his house and I need to put cios38rev13a on his wii, what ios do i need to have in the root? Ios38-??-????.wad?
Im not asking for it I just want to know which one I need so I can go get it elsewhere.
And please dont say ios38, i want to know which exact one i need as as the old cios36 revs require IOS36-64-1046.WAD or something like that. Since now they changed the cios to be based on 38, im assuming i need IOS38-??-????.wad. Can soemone please help me thank you in advance
