Hacking cIOS36 v8 & Firmware 4.0E

Hi everybody, I'm a newbie here!
I got a problem: I updated my wii's firmware using Waninkoko's firmware updater 4.0, but I forgot to install cIOS36v8 BEFORE updating.
Can I do it now? I have NO cIOS on my Wii.

Mmmmm... I think it should be possible, but I don't know for sure, I don't want to brick my Wii!
