You can always get the IOS58 WAD (this one is not available at NUS) and rename it to IOS57 and let's see what happens (maybe works).

If your on windows and use IRC regularly (like me) you can use mIRC
If not, try http://www.mibbit.com/ or get the ChatZilla FireFox plugin
