We have seen rev16 with the NSMB fix

Although this is activity purely for fun and not an actual request thread of any kind...

whats on your wish list for new features in custom ios rev17?

I wish for future cIOS revisions to actually fix problems which are caused by the cIOS and should not have been created in the first place. I also wish for the developer to grow a germ of sense and work on fixing his product rather than scrambling to keep up with the latest malformed demands of the pirating community, many of which are themselves terrible ideas.

Different music while installing.

Agreed. The utterly bugged nature of cIOS249 has pretty much forced me to switch to the uLoader/cIOS222 combo for disc loading in order to be usable without hoop-jumping.

If I were to make a dream list of what I would want for it:

Dual Layer fixed once and for all.
Multi IOS/IOS reloading fixed for games like Call of Duty 3.
Fix the Neo Gamma conflicts.
And release alongside it the legendarily hyped NAND emulator app that never materialized.

- dual layer fixed (like rev 15 but without the bugs)
- triiforce supported (rev 16 breaks it)
- no more sound loops and video freezing using discs (rev 15-16) (thats why i've been using usb more now)
- stable and Compatibility.

how about "merging" and installing to different spots like you can do with the hermes installer? there is not 1 IOS that can have every feature (SDHC/rockband instruments/camera) but it gives the user some flexibility.

also the ability to load external ehci modules would mean that you could use it to play games from FAT/NTFS and also let people with a broken usb port to use the other one for game loading.

Finally...some good info.
This is the kind of information that should arrive to Wanin's hands instead of all nonsense stuff.

Very much agreed on the external ehci modules

Ability to turn my Wii invisible and play blu-ray...

How are you going to insert a blu-ray disc if your wii is invisible?
