I have my Wii loading games off of a Sandisk Ultra Fit 128 GB USB drive, and it only seems to load certain games, even when fiddling around with cIOS settings in WiiFlow and USBLoaderGX. Would anyone have any suggestions to get things working? I'm wondering if it's an issue with the USB drive since some games which don't work over USB will work with a real disk (Though some don't work either way). Here are my syschecks:

I use Witgui on MacOS to manage all my games, as Wii Backup Manager isn't available on MacOS. Are flash drives not well supported by backup managers? Are there any flash drives which are known to be reliable? And sorry, what do you mean by chargers?

Also d2x v11 beta3 is recommended these days
Where should that be installed? (IOS and slot)

I should also note that I get a DSI exception crash when trying to launch some games in WiiFlow or when running the WiiFlow Start Configurator (Can't post an image here since the forum software won't let me until I've made more posts)

Use modmii or wii.hacks.guide if you need help, the bases and slots used in your syscheck are correct (248-251), they're just outdated

Edit:
You should use gx v4.0 r1282, revert the loader and game settings to their defaults

Or just delete apps/usbloader_gx/
then fresh install r1282 so that no settings get carried over

If the games still don't boot then it's likely due to how they've been installed. Bad file names, bad dump, or you didn't safely eject the USB drive before removing it, etc. So if you're manually installing files, run it through Wii Backup Manager to install it correctly. Then safely eject and disconnect the USB
