Homebrew CiaAngel Problems finding and creating tickets

Ok so most tickets created through CiaAngel seem to work but I've run into a few that don't. When I create a ticket for Devil Survivor 2 Record Breaker it says it installs but I cant download from the Eshop. I'm also having trouble fining new games like Popolocrois:Story of Seasons and Bravely Second when I look up titles.

From the looks of it, the only ticket available in the database CIAngel uses is the Record Breaker DLC.

In regards to not being able to find games, all the tickets available in the wings.json file are community contributed, until someone submits the key, we have no way of allowing download of the title.

Hmmmm, that must be why TIKdevil wont install tickets for those games either.
