Hacking CIA Themes

I Installed around 22 CIA themes from that ISO site with FBI and when I check the theme manager on my A9LH sysnand, only the basic themes are there. When I use CHMM2 I get weird BGM glitches such as the music from the last theme playing when I switch themes. I was wondering what happened to the ones I installed.

If you go into the eshop it might remove your themes, try reinstalling them.
