Hacking Cia software not installing

So when I try to install any .cia type file it just doesn't work. No matter where downloaded or if it is big or small. For example I try to install DevMenu.cia i get:

Failed to install CIA file.
Result code: 0xD08E806A
Level: Permanent (27)
Summary: Invalid argument (7)
Module: AM (32)
Desc: Cert signature or hash check failed (106)

I'm kinda still a noob in homebrew.
I'm running 11.2.0 35E (new 3ds) and running FBI Mod with Fasthax plus some Maki
(I dont know why that version butt that was the only thing that sort of worked for me.)
I also aware that maybey fasthax is not working with 11.2.0 35e or something like that but i'm not sure. I also deleted some tickets but only the unused (red ones)

CAN SOMEONE PLEASE HELP I WANT TO PLAY MARIO KART!

Rather than trying to install CIAs through fasthax, follow the guide to set up CFW: https://3ds.guide/

Do as stated above. Plus, that error is given from trying to install a corrupt cia

So I should install the the fasthax for 11.2.0 35e can you give me a link?
Also do you got a link for uncorrupted cia then cause I've searched all over the place and I dont wich ones to download.

What you're trying to do is install a non-legit cia file. Most cia's come in this format. In order to install cia file games/apps, you should follow https://3ds.guide/ to set up Luma3DS/A9LH.

You do need it to install CIA based games, yes. I would highly recommend doing the guide now, as it currently works without requiring additional purchase on the latest FW.
