Can someone make a .CIA that modifies my 3ds to print money and bake me pie?

Well... time for some honesty, here:
You won´t get a CIA to patch the checks anytime, soon.
Homebrew did some quite big steps but permanent patches to sysnand regarding title- and headerchecks are kinda out of reach.
