Homebrew Cia installer question

So my friend successfully downgraded to 9.2! But now he wants to install cias. What is the quickest way to do this?

You could make an emunand , unlink them , install menuhax and use luma3ds to use your emunand and update it to 11.0, inject FBI into its h&s , install FBI again in emunand and install cias.
Or just follow the damn guide from 9.2 and in the end you'll have a a9lh system with the newest system version and able to install cias with FBI
Don't forget to copy decrypt9 and related stuff from step 1 and then proceed to step 2

Start here, then move on to parts 2 and 3 (This is the simplest way to do A9LH now imo)
