ROM Hack CIA from Eshop?

I want do a backup from some games and i finded something called Funkicia and downloaded a launcher.dat but i dont know how use that in my LUMA 3DS.
Someone can explain me the more easy method to do it? That Funkicia tutorial look old.

and be sure to select the cia download option (and not install), with the L/R button.

but i dont want use Nintendo servers... (i think that do that tool) i want do backups on CIA from games than i already have. I think AngelCIA first download it from eshop and that is a waste of time bc i already have it.

cxi is not a cia....

Actually CCI (What you know as 3DS files) is what's used on cartridges/flashcarts. CXI's are seperate things found inside the CCI, CIA, CSU files.

you can extract the cxi, then rebuild it as a cia using Asia81's hacking tool

But.. it takes time to dump it with braindump. Download it from the eShop is maybe faster...
