Homebrew CIA don't show in Dev Menu

I need help, the cia in my 3ds aren't showing in dev menu, can anyone ease help? Because I can't update my dev menu if the cia aren't even showing.


BTW I use Dev Menu on RxTools

1-replace luma3ds with rxtools, rxtools is problematic and dead because no dev is working on it and luma3ds supports the latest features
2-use fbi instead of rxtools and inject it in H&S if you can

we're just trying to solve his problem, but sure, if OP @DarkerSuperTails wants, I reccomend you to install a9lh+luma3ds from the ground up, if you're willing to.

I'll help you. First, you might want to switch to luma3ds : https://gbatemp.net/threads/tutorial-updating-from-rxtools-to-luma3ds.427735/
Then install FBI cia or just inject it in H&S.
