ROM Hack CIA decrypt/encrypt

Hello!!

Is there any way to decrypt a CIA file and reencrypt again.

The .3ds are "easy" to do but I didn't found any way to do the same with the CIA files

Same steps if its already from .3ds (unencrypted cia).

If the cia is from funkycia (encrypted), install it and generate
xorpads using SDinfo_gen.py to decrypt/rebuild the data.

I'm having an issue now trying to build a .cia file it errors at the end (CIA Error) Not enough memory (Result) Failed to build cia. Anyone Know why I am getting these errors?

Edit: sorted I was low on actual hard drive memory, silly me.

That's not necessary... You can just dump the encrypted Title Key, decrypt it with the Multi Decryptor, and cbc the cia's content with an IV of 32 0s. Then you just decrypt the ncch.
