Sorry for the noobish question, but I can install this via the SX OS nsp installer? And then I just have to find the 6.0.1 fw files to update offline?
If so, sweet!

yes but there is a problem with 6.0.1 wich remove exfat support

so after update you will probably must reformat your sd card in fat and reinstall your games

It's really true, just happened to me. I updated to 6.0.1 and now my exFAT card is unrecognized. I'm gonna try installing exFAT only from choidujour now and see what happens. I'm using a FAT32 card to load SX cause the other one doesn't work now.

You misunderstood, that user did not use ChoiDujourNX to update to firmware 6.0.1, they updated to firmware 6.0 with exFAT then updated to 6.0.1 officially; meaning the official system update removed the exFAT patch because the firmware changed. Installing firmware 6.0.1 with ChoiDujourNX with exFAT enabled will work. The exFAT update is a completely separate update from the firmware.

That's what I did too, but somehow I couldn't update again to enable exFAT officially.

That's because the exFAT patch is completely separate from the firmware. You can only obtain the exFAT drivers by inserting an exFAT formatted SD card into the console and selecting the prompt that shows up. The catch is that Nintendo will only allow you to download this patch while being on the latest firmware. It is a misconception that being on the latest firmware automatically gives you exFAT.

I did have an exFAT card in. When I tried updating from the prompt it just said I was on the latest firmware. What saved me is dropping my files on a FAT32 card and manually installing the exfat update with choirdujour.
