Gaming Chibi Robo Park Patrol

Hey I recently got crpp. I have watered all the flowers in the first areas of the park, and the only thing I have left to do is cros the bridge. When I went up to it chet pointed out the bike and said he'd open the park projects page in y chibi-pc. However when I went there t was still gray and unclickable. What do I do?

No, I cant reach it becuase I cant reach park projects so I cant fix the bridge.(that sentence should probabbly have commas in but idc.)
