Gaming Checking Wii save data problems

Whenever I check my save data on my Wii, if I switch to the SD Card screen or exit system settings, the Wii crashes without fail. Also whenever I try to transfer my Wii's data to my Wii U, after everything is confirmed, the program gives me the error 381009 everytime.

Can anyone help or give me advice?
