Hacking Check Mii Out Channel Posting Error

Every time I try uploading on the Check Mii Out Channel (revived thanks to RiiConnect24) I get this message. I tried changing my iOS but that hardly does anything. Anyone know what to do here?

There were some changes made to the backend.
Please reupload your Mii Artisan, change Mii Artisan or upload any Mii to the Posting Plaza.

You need to do this only once and everything will be fixed after that.

I try to, but the error shows up when I try doing any of those things.
