Homebrew Question Cheats won't turn off

Hello everyone, i'm having an issue where what i assume are cheats that won't turn off ( infinite life and stamina in botw, invisible characters in mk8d), this happened after i had accidentally updated to FW 9.1.0 in cfw emummc which i restored by just dragging and dropping the latest atmosphere and hekate releases and sigpatches to my sd card. Prior to accidentally updating the FW i had updated edizon for the latest configs but i had not used any cheats for botw or mk8d. I've tried deleting the title folder in atmosphere/titles but that didn't work, and the dmnt_cheats_enabled_by_default in atmosphere/system_settings is already set to u8!0x0. Any help would be much appreciated.

Titles folder is useless in 9.1.0 It is now your "Contents" Folder
As for the cheat issue the biggest overlooked problem is that we need to reboot the switch after editing the system.ini file that way your cheats will be disabled
by default, you shouldn't have to hold a button for that. This is usually a problem to those who FTP edit files instead of doing on PC.
Also any config file like the system_settings needs to be in the "Config" folder.
