Homebrew Cheats on gamecube and wii backups?

Someone told me that Wiiflow lets you use cheats on gamecube. When I tried it there was a bunch of options to rip my game from disc. That isn't what I was looking for. I was looking to use backups that I dl'd off the internet. So what is the best way to use cheats with gamecube and wii backups?

Accio Hacks from the homebrew browser or you can find it online.

At least that's what I use.
