Hacking Cheat conversion problems.

Ok, I'm having problems converting codes to work for my supercard. I convert the .txt to .cht just fine and everything looks good.

[Reforge all weapons]
ON=ffffffff,4,0,0,0,46,18,5,12,0,ea,0,0,9c,76,5,12,0,0,0,0;

[Unlimited Reforging]

But when I convert .cht to .scc something goes wrong and I get a blank file. Has anyone else encountered a problem like this and does anyone know how to fix this? (If it's of any importance I use a Windows Vista)

EDIT: I found out what was wrong, my unicode.fon file was corrupt so nothing worked... Just ignore this message.
