Hacking Cheapest R4 for DS Lite?

Hi everyone,

I´m kinda new to flashcarts and such. The type of flashcart that i´m looking for my DS Lite is one that play DS Games. All of them. Just that. I don´t care about the updates, the gba emulator, watching movies, etc.. For that i have a PSP.

I know the existence of R4i Gold, DSTwo, M3i...the thing is that they´re too expensive for my wallet. I´ve spent 20 dollars on repair parts for my DS Lite and i don´t wanna spend another 20 to 30 dollars on a flashcart.

So what´s the cheapest R4 that runs all DS Games at 100%? Where can i buy it? I´m kinda clueless because there are so many versions and clones from what i read in here, so i reached out to you guys to help me out.

I will spare the pondering why cheapest here is something considered good (it rarely works that way when it comes to hacking things where you have to actually buy something).

Generally speaking Wood is about as compatible as it gets and for an added perk it is supported by a handful of the cheapest carts you will find. Cheat engine aside it does not have many extra features but as you dismissed those and the cheat engine (which is a great one) is about the only extra feature I really rate anyway.

It will not support SDHC but 2 gigs is enough to get quite a few games on the go at once.

Is the cheat engine such a big deal? Never heard of it. I just wanna play the DS Games. Everything else is just an extra, that´s all. I´ll buy it from nds-card, has a good feeback. Just hope they don´t take much time delivering it.

its basicly the samething but you can use upto a 32gb micro sdhc
and the other one's that the other users have shown you can only use a micro sd upto 2gb
