bamboogaming dont have normal delivering to russia they have just EMS i need shop with DHL deliver or UPS or FedEX

Actually, Divineo.cn accepts PayPal. It doesn´t appear as a payment method but they accept. Just e-mail them.
Well, I noticed you´re looking for cheap shipping costs too.
Try Hopebuy and PSXBOX. But they do not have the devices in bundle and PSXBOX only have M3 Lite Pro in English version.
I bought my M3 Lite from Hopebuy. It doesn´t appear as a shipping method on their shop, but they send by Registered Air Mail. E-mail them. I paid USD$8 for this shipping method to Brazil.

That´s weird.

I´ve bought some goods from Divineo.cn few months ago and paid by PayPal.

Maybe, they don´t accept PayPal anymore.

Registered Air Mail from China cannot be tracked online. But depending post service of your country, you can track the parcel.
For example, here in Brazil, it´s possible to track when it arrives in Brazilian soil.
