GCN Changing the textures in Wind Waker

The title says it all, but I'll develop a bit on that.

I have a Wind Waker ISO on hand, and I'd like to know if I could somehow change some textures and then play the game on my Wii through Nintendont. I know big textures wouldn't really work because of the console's power, etc... , so I just want to change small things, like Link's tunic or his shield. If it's possible, how should I go about it?

Haha, to be honest, I'm not familiar with modding in general. But I can always learn, thanks for the answer.
