Hacking Changing the owner of Miis to another 3DS? (Or changing 3DS data to the Mii?)

Okay, I transfered Mii savedata from one 3DS to another 3DS.
What identifies Miis with console (deviceID? SecureInfo? movable.sed? ctcert? other console-unique information?) and is it possible to replace it?
