Nope, its not possible without doing physical modifications to the cartridge. Frankly, no information has come out whether this can be done.
So, I've once installed YSMenu before, and it didn't have a Loading... type of screen. So the screen I think can be modified, it's just that you need to find the loading screen, and then change it. The problem is that you might need to go through EVERY image file in the ffirmware, then change it.
