Hacking Changing my SD card

Hi all,

I have a few NSP games installed on my switch, one to the NAND and one to the SD card. If I upgrade my SD card will I need to transfer the save games or are they stored on the device itself?

I am running Renix and I use Tinfoil to install NSP.
