So currently, I’m using the gamesd plugin to get my sd2vita working. Everything is working fine. I was reading about the storage manager plugin. The biggest reason I can see to update is, aside from being a newer plugin, the ghost waking seems to be fixed. With the gamesd plugin vita periodically wakes by itself.

Anyhow, I’d like to update to storage manager. Do I just delete the gamesd plugin and install storage manager? I’d use autoplugin2 to install storage manager.

I advise against auto plugin i hate that sort of shit.

I deleted gamesd.skprx and removed the entry from my ur0:tai/config.txt.

Then added storagemgr.skprx and its config file to ur0:tai, then added a new entry for storagemgr at the top of the ur0:tai/config.txt kernel section. ur0:tai/storagemgr.skprx.

Reboot and it should be just as before but using the new plugin.

Worked! I wasn’t too sure about using autoplugin for this since it would change/alter/possibly directories. Took your advise, I manually installed storemgr and everything now works. My vita doesn’t seem to ghostwake any longer. Thanks!
