Hacking Changing EmuNAND to a different Region?

Hi,

I'm trying to change my Emunand from EUR - KOR, I have search through forums trying to find a way to do it but cant find a good enough guide or one that will work.
Currently I'm using an Old 3DS with FW 7.1E.
My Emunand is currently up to date, I'm using Rxtools to load my EmuNAND.

If anyone could help me that would be great or even point me in the right direction.

That guide say i need a Gateway 3DS and the flashcard which I don't have.

Use decrypt9 instead of multi decryptor and FBI/whatever instead of devmen.
Unsure if secureinfotool will work on a 9.X EmuNAND (no real reason to think it will/won't, might as well try), but the install titles/install secureinfo/remove wrong titles line of thought still applies.
Additionally, the three swap trick might or might not be important to get eShop running, though it doesn't really matter with current CFW.

I will like to do the same thing with my n3ds 9.2j, change it to 9.5eur. i found a couple of guide but they are a little messy and I can't understand very well what i have to do :\ if someone can help a little..

I have already an emunand, i'm using rxtools and i have also gw and sky. I don't care about eshop, i care only about being able to play online..
