My little brother takes some cash from my father to pick up something specific he wants, when he gets home from the store he gives him what he asked for and wont give him the change unless he asks for it. It drives me nuts because its still theft to me. Anyone do what he does or do you feel the same way?

I do this all the time, except I only keep the small coins and leave my dad the bills/$1 coins. If he cared about this, he could just tell me to leave everything and I would.
