Homebrew Question Change TTL value

Hi, everybody.
Is there any tool to change the ttl value on the console.
My carrier limits tethering. Removing restrictions from the donor (phone) is impossible for me.

I'm sorry, but this is a bug with the site, it for some reason created a theme with a translator. I don't know how to change the name. Title: "change ttl value"
