Hi, is it possible to change the vWii region to start VC games without going through GX usb loader and play them in NTSC 60Htz instead of PAL 50Htz ?

Thanks.

Ok, i'm not brave enought to try it.

Thanks anyway !

PS: I tried to go with freewad + Wiiflow to force NTCS, and it didn't work, i still get a game slow as hell .

You can try anyregionchanger... Just do not install a system menu and be prepared for the possibility of a bricked vWii.

From a person who is not afraid of bricks, anyregionchanger doesn't work on the vWii. Just errors out at boot. and goes back to the homebrew menu.

aaaand I just realized this is a dead convo. My bad.

Not anymore is there any other way to change the region of the vwii?

you could use sneek and change vwii region with SettingsEdit. this way you cant brick your "real" vwii

There's a tutorial for exactly this situation.

As mive suggested, SettingEdit is the way to go. You really don't need to do this on an emulated NAND. Changing video modes isn't a bricking change, and you can access the vWii NAND from the Wii U side anyway, so as long as you take a backup of your original setting.txt, the absolute worst possible thing that can happen is that you open ftpiiu_everywhere on the Wii U side and restore your original settings.
