GCN Change GC ISO Languague

Well I downloaded a few PAL Multi languages GC Isos and made a MultiGameDisc with MultiGameISOCreator 3.4F. My Wii is NTSC and I want to play the games on Spanish but evertime I load them they are in English. I changed my Wii's language to Spanish already but still. Any Help?

Have tried 5 differents PAL Multi games with no hope.
